Princess Peach is a 6-month-old Poodle mix with a sweet personality and an adorable face to match. Weighing just 8 pounds right now, this little girl is looking for a family that can help her continue growing into the confident companion she's meant to be.
Princess Peach's story started with heartbreak when she was found abandoned at a local library and brought to animal control. She spent a couple of weeks in the shelter, but it quickly became clear that shelter life was overwhelming for such a young puppy. Thankfully, she made her way into foster care, where she's been able to relax and show everyone what a wonderful little dog she is.
While Princess Peach can be a bit timid when meeting new people or experiencing new situations, she warms up quickly once she feels safe. Her gentle and affectionate personality shines through, and she's eager to make friends. She's currently being fostered with children, other dogs, and cats, and she's doing well with all of them.
Like any young puppy, Princess Peach is still learning about the world around her. She will thrive in a home committed to continuing her socialization, training, and positive experiences as she grows. With patience, consistency, and love, she'll blossom into an amazing lifelong companion.

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
