DESCRIPTION
Gypsy is a true survivor with a heart full of love and a zest for life.
This 4-year-old heeler mix was found as a stray, and shortly after being brought to safety, it was discovered that she had cancer. Thanks to the dedication of Kerrville Pets Alive, Gypsy received the surgery and chemotherapy she needed—and today, she’s happy, healthy, and absolutely thriving.
Gypsy is as sweet as they come. She does great with other dogs and loves having playmates to romp around with. One of her favorite things in the world is playing fetch—she’ll happily chase a ball and bring it back again and again with pure joy.
She’s also housebroken, affectionate, and loves to cuddle up with her people after a good play session. Gypsy has been through so much, but you’d never know it—her spirit is bright, resilient, and full of love.
Now all she needs is a forever home where she can continue to enjoy the life she fought so hard for.
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE.
Gyspy is CURRENTLY LOCATED IN KERRVILLE, TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION.

The Cattle Dog is a diligent and robust herding breed known for its agility, intelligence, and hardworking nature. Originating in Australia, Cattle Dogs are highly energetic and require ample exercise and mental stimulation. With their remarkable problem solving skills and unwavering loyalty, they excel in various canine activities and make excellent companions for active owners. Their distinctive blue or red coat, sturdy build, and alert expression reflect their heritage as versatile working dogs.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
