I’d phrase the cat part carefully so it’s accurate without overselling her as completely cat-neutral:

Meet Holly!
Holly is approximately 5–6 months old and 18 pounds.
She was found with her brother Howie in an abandoned lot next door to our Assistant Director’s home in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Someone knew exactly where to leave them so they would be found—and thankfully, they were. Shortly afterward, Holly became very sick with parvo, but she made a full recovery and today both she and Howie are healthy and thriving.
Holly is one of those dogs who is just always in a good mood. She loves to play, explore, and be part of whatever is happening, but one of our favorite things about her is how naturally she settles. The second we sit down, Holly will tuck herself right underneath the chair or stretch out quietly at our feet.
She truly matches the energy of the room. If it is time to play, she is ready to play. If everyone is relaxing, Holly is perfectly happy to relax right along with you. She is such a lovely balance of fun puppy energy and an easy companion to have around.
Holly currently lives on our Director’s property with 22 other dogs and gets along beautifully with all of them. She also spends time with the kitten in the house. She will play with her and occasionally give chase in typical puppy fashion, but she is also able to settle and relax around her.
She is crate trained and leash trained, and she loves being included in daily life.
Holly is also a very smart girl. She is going to thrive with someone who enjoys taking her on walks, teaching her new things, and continuing her training. She learns quickly, responds beautifully to direction, and is very obedient once she understands what is being asked of her.
And she is absolutely beautiful. Holly has the sweetest, most expressive face and those adorable ears that seem to have a personality all their own.
Holly would be wonderful in a home with another dog, but she could also be happy as an only dog with a family that gives her plenty of interaction, exercise, and companionship.
She is playful when you want a playmate, calm when you want company at your feet, smart, affectionate, and incredibly easy to enjoy. Holly is ready to find the family who will keep showing her just how good life can be.
