Some dogs rescued from the streets are timid, shy and a little fearful. Not Ralph!

This pint size pup is confident, and has a happy prance that just makes your smile. He is good with other dogs but cats are TERRIFYING! It's probably because most cats think he is the size of a small creature that should be chased. At just 5.75 pounds he is a great size for a small space.

Where did this guy come from? Honestly, we wish he could say. He was found fending for himself and was never claimed. We don't know if he is good with kids or not. Ready to meet the tiny guy with a lot of personality? Follow the instructions below:
