DESCRIPTION

*EXPERIENCE WITH BULLDOG TYPES PREFERRED!*

Meet our hunky chunky meatball of a dog named Money! Money came to our shelter after he was found wandering in town. He did have a microchip, but this turned out to be a dead end. We were able to find out that he is about 4 years old. Money is a super friendly dog who just loves everyone! He loves to chase around toys and he makes everyone here laugh! He is a very short and stocky Bulldog mix and he does have the Bulldog type breathing that makes it more difficult for him to breathe properly. Because of this, he slows down easily and he does not do well in very hot weather.
When Money first came to us, he had a bad skin infection and ear infection. Although he has been treated, his skin and ears will likely be a lifelong journey with vet care to keep it from reoccurring. Money needs an owner who has a relationship with a full service vet office. He cannot go to a home where he will only be brought to vaccine clinics. We are preferring adopters who have experience with Bulldog type dogs.
Money is good with other dogs and he can go to a home with children 10 years old and older who have experience with dogs.

If you are interested in adopting Money Please Email us at Adopt@savingpawsct.org for an application! His adoption fee is $100.00.

If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
