Clove, Sweet Tuxedo Girl - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Meriden, Connecticut

Meet our adorable little tuxedo kitty girl named Clove! Clove is about 6 months old, and she came to our shelter after she was left behind in a home when her owners moved out. There were multiple cats left behind, and they all seem to get along well. Clove can be a little shy at first, but then she rolls over and gets playful! She loves little head scratches and butt rubs. She will make a family very happy! Clove is a clean girl who uses her litter box well. She is fine with other cats and she can go to a home with children 8 years old and older. If someone is looking to adopt more than one cat, Clove can go home with any of the cats that came from the same home.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.

ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
