Meet Tyla, an eight week old Border Collie/German Shepherd mix weighing eight pounds.

Tyla is the fluffy, adventurous spirit of the group! This active girl is always ready to explore and see what the world has to offer. She’s curious, playful, and full of personality—plus she’s not afraid to use her voice to let you know exactly how she’s feeling! Tyla will definitely keep you on your toes and bring lots of energy and excitement into your home.

She plays hard and loves every minute of it, but when it’s time to wind down, she’s all about the snuggles. Tyla is incredibly affectionate and happiest when she’s with her people (or her puppy pals). Whether she’s chasing toys, exploring the yard, or curling up next to you, she just wants to be part of the action and included in the fun.

Like all puppies, Tyla is still learning! She’ll need help with potty training, basic manners, and learning what’s okay to chew. Consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping her grow into a well-behaved adult dog.

Socialization is especially important for a confident, outgoing pup like Tyla. Continued exposure to new people, environments, sounds, and other animals will help her learn good behaviors and ensure she grows into a friendly, well-rounded companion. Giving her plenty of positive experiences now will set her up for a lifetime of success.

Tyla is in a foster home and not available for meet and greets or to adopt until 4.24.26, however you can place her on hold with a deposit so you are first in line to adopt her once she is ready! To start the process please apply to adopt her online.

Your adoption fee includes: A lovable new companion, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations + deworming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets 3-4 months and older), and microchip with nationwide registration.
