Meet Josephine

At just 1 year old and 22 lbs, this sweet beagle has had a rough start, but she has so much love to give.

Josephine needs a little patience as she comes out of her shell. She's already incredibly affectionate, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and mostly just wants to feel safe, loved, and part of a family.

She's still learning the ropes of housetraining and making good progress. Food motivated and eager to learn, she's happy to work for a tasty treat and a little encouragement goes a long way.

Josephine is looking for a patient, loving home where she can keep building her confidence and finally feel that she belongs. Could that home be yours?

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
