Meet Finn
Finn is a playful and active Australian Shepherd mix puppy with a whole lot of personality and a pair of striking blue eyes that are impossible to miss. He's an energetic, curious puppy who loves to play, enjoys the company of other dogs, and wants to be part of whatever is happening around him.
Like many Australian Shepherd mixes, Finn is an intelligent and active puppy who will thrive with people who enjoy keeping their dog engaged. His playful nature means he'll need plenty of opportunities to run, explore, learn, and burn off that puppy energy.
As a young puppy, he will need lots of patience and guidance while learning how to navigate the world. Adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors including chewing, accidents, play biting, barking, and needing frequent potty breaks.
The right home
Finn would do well with a family who is ready to be actively involved in his life and provide:
- Age-appropriate exercise, play, and mental enrichment
- Consistent, positive training and socialization
- Plenty of companionship and interaction
- Patience with house training and other normal puppy behaviors
- Opportunities to play and socialize with other dogs
- Structure and consistency as he grows
- Plenty of mental stimulation to keep his bright puppy brain busy
He may not be the best fit for someone looking for a very calm puppy or one who can immediately spend long periods of time alone.
Those blue eyes may steal your heart, but Finn's playful personality will keep you smiling. We're looking for an adopter who is excited about raising a puppy and committed to helping him become a confident, well-mannered, happy adult companion.
