While these dogs are not directly in our rescue care, we are courtesy posting on her behalf to help them find the loving homes they deserve.

Mondo is a neutered Australian Shep mix 5-6 yoa weighing approximately 50-55lbs. Do not let his age fool you as he is an active guy.

His pictures do not do him justice as he is a stunning dog with a dark charcoal grey coat on top and white on his belly and his legs are spotted dark grey and white! He is very stunning in person. He is up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped.

He is potty trained and crate trained. He likes other dogs medium to large breeds male and female. He is a super happy guy, food motivated, and loves to be chased around the yard! He is not a couch potato NOR AN APARTMENT DOG. He needs regular exercise whether it be walks, or hikes, or camping.

He knows basic commands but is not off leash trained. He is a smart agile guy who will learn anything you want to teach him. At the shelter they had issues with climbing the fence but at the shelter he did not get regular exercise. His foster has not had any issues with climbing fences or escaping whatsoever but he gets regular times to run and play here. He is not yard art to stick in the back yard and ignore!
He rides well in the car without anxiety. His ideal home could be with him as an only dog or he could have a doggie buddy. If he is an only dog he needs regular exercise. He does come in and chill on the couch for bellies to cuddle get some goodies and watch a movie!

He could be with a family with school age children, a couple, or single person as long as he is included in their daily life.

On behalf of Karen Perl, the adoption fee is $350. Transport can be arranged after the adoption is finalized. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee will remain the same. Thank you so much for your valuable support in helping these dogs find loving homes.
