At just 2 years old and 18 pounds, Daisy is the perfect size for adventures, road trips, couch cuddles, and everything in between. This sweet girl was rescued from the Kentucky River Regional Shelter and is now searching for a family to call her own.

Daisy attended her very first FairyTails K9 Club training class recently and our trainer was incredibly impressed with her! She's enthusiastic, friendly, eager to learn, and loves making new friends. Daisy enjoys playing with other dogs and has all the qualities of a fun, active companion who's ready to take on life's adventures with you.

To celebrate her newfound confidence, Daisy recently posed for a photo shoot in front of a beautiful antique Plymouth. She looked right at home, and it got us thinking...

All rescues at FairyTails are fully ready to join your family! Our PETS come to you dewormed, fully vetted, spayed/neutered, dental exam, heart worm tested, flea/tick & heartworm monthly preventative, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, bathed and professionally groomed! They are housed either in foster homes or in house at our facility in warm, spacious suites, with plenty of food, water, toys and attention.

With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
