Barkley - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler Dog for Adoption in Okolona, Mississippi

Barkley and his two siblings were found by a very nice gentleman in Mississippi. Wags generously took the three amigos in and they are one of the nicest litters of puppies they’ve had. Very gentle and playful and sweet.

They appear to be cattle dog mixes, and they’re very beautiful with their markings. They are looking for their forever family!

Although they are currently in Mississippi, we have contracted with a wonderful transport service, which will bring them up north. Please think about opening your home.

The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
