Meet Gordy – A Spotted Sweetheart Searching for His Forever Person - Transport Available Nationwide

My mission is simple: find my person, love them forever, and cuddle them as often as possible. My name is Gordy, and I’m ready to get started.

I’m a puppy with a look all my own. Soft black fur covers most of me, but I’ve got a white chest like I spilled my milk, white socks on my paws, and a white forehead stripe that adds to my good looks. All that white is speckled with black spots, thanks to my momma, who was a blue heeler.

On a perfect day, I’d sunbathe in the grass, take a nap, wake up from that nap, snuggle with you, and maybe get carried around like a baby. I’d probably pounce on something that isn’t moving, too. Just to keep my skills sharp.

Speaking of skills, I can sit for at least three seconds, tilt my head in a way that wipes away any shoe-chewing crimes, and make you giggle when I trip over my big paws. Professional-level cuddling is my specialty.

Please don’t leave my food bowl empty, don’t stop petting me to take photos, and never tell me I’m “too much.”

I’m still learning where potty belongs, so I’m counting on my person to guide me. I’d love to go on adventures, sleep on the floor next to your bed (with occasional attempts to move up), and know you’ll love me even when I’m big and still believe I’m a lap dog.

Give me a chance, and I’ll grow up to be the most loyal and goofy best friend you’ve ever known.
