Delilah - Catahoula Leopard Dog and Whippet Dog for Adoption in Liverpool, Texas

Meet Delilah – A Sweet and Clever Girl Ready for Her Forever Couch - Transport Available Nationwide

Hi friend! My name is Delilah, and I believe the best place to be is right next to the people I love. I’m a young whippet catahoula mix, and loyalty is one of the things I do best.

I’m smart and confident, but I’m also wonderfully laid back. Napping on the couch is a favorite activity, though I can be playful too, and I’m always ready to check the backyard for anything suspicious. I’d be just as happy hitting a hiking trail with you as I would be lounging at home.

Living with other animals is no problem for me. I get along with cats, and I do well with dogs both big and small. I’m also house trained, which makes settling into a new home that much easier.

I can be cautious when I meet new people or face something unfamiliar, but I warm up quickly once I feel comfortable. A few other things to know: I may try a little counter surfing if food is left out, thunderstorms make me uneasy, and I’m an okay car rider, even if it’s not my favorite thing to do.

I’m a sweet girl with a lot of love to give. Won’t you consider making me part of your family?

Delilah is fully vetted and ready to go. If you’re interested in meeting Delilah, click on the “Start your Inquiry” button to fill out an Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our website and fill out an application at www.lonestarpawz.com.
