Cookie - Aussiedoodle and Miniature Poodle Dog for Adoption in Fairfield, Connecticut

Howdy from Texas! I’m Cookie, a petite 4-year-old, 26 lb female Aussiedoodle with a soft, wavy coat and a happy attitude. I was surrendered to 4 Little Paws Rescue when my owner could no longer care for me, but I made friends instantly with my new foster family and their great-big resident dogs. I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, up to date on preventatives, and have veterinary records packed and ready to go!

My foster mom says I am a very friendly girl with a beautiful soul, grateful and loving. I’m great with people, children, strangers, and other dogs of all sizes, and I am especially excited when the little boy who lives here comes home from school so we can play! I love playtime and was immediately curious about the swimming pool at my foster home, bravely stepping onto the swim step to play in the water, but I haven't tried swimming. I’m not really interested in dog toys, but I love little doggy treats and will sit, stay, and come when called just to get one. I love to be cuddled and scratched, and although I am not a kissy dog, I will still share a kiss when asked. I’m just very polite and loving, and I love to sleep cuddled up beside you. I am well-behaved, rarely bark, housebroken, potty pad trained, crate trained, great on a walk, and great in the car. You should know that I'm a dog who smiles! Yep, don't be alarmed when I show you my pearly whites; I am not upset, just legit smiling! Inquire about me today.
