Remember this girl?

Gracie was found wandering the streets of Detroit emaciated, with a chain hanging from her collar.

Her little body was covered in old scars and fresh wounds.

Someone had CUT OFF her right ear.

She even had what appeared to be a bullet wound in her leg.

We looked at her and wondered how one little dog could have survived so much cruelty...

And then she looked at us with those sweet eyes, wagged her tail, and showed us that somehow, after EVERYTHING humans had done to her, they hadnt managed to destroy the beautiful soul inside her.

Gracie isnt just doing well. She is absolutely THRIVING. And according to her foster family, Gracie is truly a once-in-a-lifetime dog. They love her so much that if they werent already at their maximum number of dogs, they would keep her themselves!
