TIRAMISU

American Staffordshire Terrier, Mixed Breed
June 26th
female, large, senior

DESCRIPTION

Hi there - I'm Tiramisu, a 10-year-old chocolate American Staffordshire Terrier, and I'm a snuggle monster through and through! I'm a large girl (69 lbs) who loves nothing more than being your velcro companion, and I thrive in a calm, quiet home where I can be your one and only pup - no other dogs or cats for me, please. I'm a bit cautious with strangers and prefer an adult-only household, but once I warm up to you, I'm all in for cuddles, playtime, and agility fun! I do need some time and multiple visits to get to know my person, but I promise it's worth the investment - I'm food motivated, great for grooming and vet visits, and I'm learning life skills every day. Come meet this laid-back, playful girl and let's see if we're a match made in heaven!

ABOUT: AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER DOG BREED

The American Staffordshire Terrier, also known as the Amstaff, is a medium sized, muscular breed known for its loyalty and courage. Developed in the United States, they are intelligent and affectionate dogs, making them great family companions. With a distinctive short coat and strong build, American Staffordshire Terriers are often misunderstood due to their past as fighting dogs, but they are actually loving and playful pets when raised in a nurturing environment. They thrive on human interaction and are eager to please their owners.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
