This sweet 15-month-old 60-pound female was rescued from a high-kill shelter after animal control stepped in and confiscated her from a backyard breeder situation. After surviving the tough early days no dog should ever have to endure, she finally made it to the safety. She came to us ready for a fresh start, and she's been shining ever since.

Barkley is the definition of friendly and affectionate—she loves people of all ages, gets along wonderfully with kids, and is great with other dogs too. Her gentle, loving nature makes her an instant favorite with everyone she meets. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, and all set to skip right into her forever home without any extra hurdles.
