Meet Miklo 🐾

Miklo is a beautiful young all-white German Shepherd with striking looks and an even bigger heart. With his bright eyes, snowy coat, and athletic build, he turns heads everywhere he goes — but his story is one of resilience and hope.

Miklo and his siblings were born into a backyard breeding operation. Once the breeder was finished with them, the entire family was abandoned in a backyard. When the landlord discovered them, they were surrendered to a shelter that was already over capacity. The family was immediately placed on the euthanasia list.

Thankfully, our rescue stepped in just in time and pulled three of the siblings, including Miklo. Since then, he has worked incredibly hard on his journey. He has completed extensive training, is fully neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on all his preventatives.

Despite everything he’s been through, Miklo still believes in people. He is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and eager to please. He loves people of all ages and sizes — kids, adults, and seniors all receive the same happy tail wags and gentle nudges for attention. He is also both dog-friendly and cat-friendly, making him a wonderful companion for multi-pet homes.

Miklo is now ready for his forever family — the one that will show him that not all humans are awful. He dreams of a home where he can finally relax, play, go on adventures, and be the cherished family member he was always meant to be.
This sweet, smart, and loving boy has so much love to give. He just needs good people to give it back to.
