Bonded besties Zane and Rascal are looking for their forever home, where they can enjoy every bit of love they receive and give abundant of love in return.

The duo were rescued from a high kill shelter in Houston, where they quickly became staff favorites due to their sweet and affectionate disposition.

Zane is 3 years old 63 lb heartthrob with a full package sweet, calm and full of love! He is pure sunshine in dog form.

Rascal is a 2-year-old, 47-lb lovebug with a playful spirit. In his foster home, Rascal loves running around the yard, play with his toys or play his favorite game "fetch", and finding new projects to keep himself entertained and always ready for the next adventure,

Zane and Rascal are both neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. They are currently being fostered in Houston but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home.

Their adoption fees of $400 each include all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, Harness and Transport Fee to several states in the United States.

Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences.

Our dogs are fully assessed by foster parents, vets and behaviorists, as well as videos and video chats are available to observe their manners in public. We are extremely transparent and like to share everything negative and positive with the adopters, to ensure it's a good fit and they are not returned to us, as the trips are very stressful on them.

Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible.
