Lilac is a sweetheart who is truly starting to blossom in foster care . Each day she grows a little more confident, especially with the help of her foster dog sibling, and with slow, thoughtful introductions, shes well on her way to being a wonderful companion for another pup. Lilac is the perfect mix of playful and cozy... she loves chasing squirrels, bird watching, and soaking up the sunshine, but when the day winds down, shes all about cuddling up on the couch right beside her people. Her nightly routine is about as adorable as it gets... she loves being tucked in with a soft fleece blanket and her very own pillow before drifting off to sleep

She enjoys a good game of fetch and will happily chase the ball, though she likes to keep you on your toes... shell bring it back but might need a little encouragement to drop it (just part of her quirky charm ). Lilac has wonderful house manners; shes fully housebroken, crate trained, and does a great job letting you know when she needs to go outside. She absolutely adores her humans and will gladly spend hours snuggled up, soaking in all the love she can get.

Lilac is great with kids and would do best in a home with children ages 5 and up, as her happy, affectionate energy might be a little much for tiny toddlers. She hasnt been tested with cats just yet. If youre looking for a loyal, loving companion who will brighten your days and keep your nights cozy, Lilac is ready to bloom right into your heart

*We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.

*Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
