Betty was found abandoned, tangled up, and tied to a sign post in Detroit.
Today she brightens every morning with tail wags and a big smile, and brings peace to every night with her snuggles and snores. She has been loved in her foster home and she is ready to be loved in her forever one.

She is a little girl with a big smile and an even bigger heart who just wants to be by your side. She loves to snuggle up next to you or climb into your lap, and she loves to play just as much. As a puppy she has moments of big energy, but she is simultaneously the holder of the most gentle soul. She is almost immediately trusting of anyone she meets not out of naivety, just out of pure, uncomplicated love.

About Betty
Approximately 40 lbs, puppy, pure heart. Gets along with large and small dogs and has lived successfully with cats. Goes right into her crate at night with a treat and barely makes a peep once she is settled. Responding well to potty training. Knows sit and is excited to learn more. Has become the best car ride companion there ever was. Does not bark well, only sometimes, if she really wants to play.

What Betty needs
A home that gives her safety, snuggles, and some play. That is genuinely all she is asking for. She came to us tied to a sign post. She deserves a front door she never has to leave.
