Casper is a 4-year-old, 62-pound American Bulldog mix who is basically a big, lovable couch buddy.

He’s a pretty chill guy who is happiest simply being near his people. Casper is calm, friendly, affectionate, and loves to cuddle. But every once in a while, his silly side comes out and he gets the cutest zoomies before settling right back down.
And for anyone who appreciates a quieter dog—Casper isn’t a barker.

Casper is dog friendly, crate trained, and potty trained, so he already has some of the important household basics down. More than anything, he just wants a family to hang out with, cuddle up beside, and call his own.

*We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.

*Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

*All of our adopters are invited to join our “Alum Pupdates” Facebook group, to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
