She came from a difficult hoarding situation where she didnt receive the care or attention she deserved. She arrived very underweight, but with good food, patience, and kindness, shes slowly gaining strength and confidence every single day.

This sweet soul can be a little shy when you first meet her, and thats okay. The world is still a big, new place for Cotton, and shes looking for someone who understands that trust takes time. But when she starts to feel safe, youll see it... the soft eyes, the quiet tail wags, the gentle presence that just wants to be near you. She even will give you amazing little hugs!

Cotton would do best in a calm, loving home where life moves at a slower pace and she can continue to blossom in her own time. Shes not the kind of dog who will rush into your arms right away, but she is the kind who will build something deeper, a quiet, loyal bond thats truly special.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.

*Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
