Millie the Magnificent- The Green-Eyed Tuxedo Sweetheart
Millie the Magnificent is the kind of cat who proves affection doesn't have to be loud or demanding to be incredibly sweet. Her love language is a little more sophisticated: rub against your legs, settle beside you, rest one tiny paw on your lap, and enjoy being close without needing to be on top of you. She's friendly, curious, independent, and wonderfully content just sharing life with her people.
Estimated to be around 2 years old and approximately 10.5 lbs, Millie is a beautiful Tuxedo cat with an incredibly soft black-and-white coat and the most striking bright green eyes. She's one of those cats you can't help but notice—and thankfully, her personality is every bit as lovely as she is.

Millie is an incredibly friendly, easygoing girl who warms up to new people fairly quickly. One of her favorite ways to greet you is by weaving around your legs and rubbing against you for affection. She enjoys attention and companionship, but she doesn't need to be physically attached to her person every second of the day.
In fact, Millie would usually much rather sit beside you than be picked up. Being carried around isn't really her thing, and that's perfectly okay with her.
Give Millie a comfortable spot next to you and you may find one of her little paws gently resting on your lap while she relaxes. It's basically Millie's version of holding hands.
New environments bring out her curious side. Millie likes to explore and scope everything out first, making sure she knows exactly what her new surroundings have to offer. Once her inspection is complete, she'll find herself a comfortable spot, settle down, and simply hang out.
She's just a chill little house cat.
And while some cats could spend hours chasing toy mice and batting balls across the room, Millie isn't much of a toy girl. Traditional toys haven't really captured her attention, and she'd much rather explore her surroundings, enjoy some catnip, eat something delicious, and then find the perfect place to lounge.
Because if there's one thing besides affection that Millie appreciates, it's food.
This girl loves to eat! Puree treats, tasty snacks, and catnip are all much more exciting to Millie than a pile of toys. If you're looking for a shortcut to becoming one of her favorite people, arriving with something delicious certainly won't hurt.
Millie is also litter box trained and does wonderfully in both her crate and the cat kennel setup she's currently staying in. She's been getting socialization with other cats and has shown that she can do well around them. With thoughtful introductions, she could potentially share her future home with another feline companion.
That said, Millie doesn't need another cat to make her world complete. Her independent, relaxed personality could make her an equally wonderful solo pet, where she can explore at her own pace, claim all the best lounging spots, and enjoy having her people to herself.
That's really the beauty of Millie.
She doesn't need constant entertainment.
She doesn't need to be carried around.
She doesn't need to be the center of attention.
She just wants to be part of your home.
Give her somewhere comfortable to lounge, a home to explore, plenty of good food, a little catnip, and people who appreciate the quieter ways a cat can show affection.
She'll rub against your legs to say hello.
She'll settle beside you when it's time to relax.
And if you're really lucky, she'll place that little paw on your lap just to remind you she's there.
Millie the Magnificent is soft, sweet, strikingly beautiful, and wonderfully easygoing. This green-eyed Tuxedo girl is ready to trade kennel life for a home of her own—and find the forever person she'll happily sit beside!

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties?
The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!
Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.
We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
