Meet Luna!

Luna is a stunning young girl, just around a year old, with soft gray tabby markings kissed by warm golden tones that make her truly unique. While she should still be carefree and playful at this age, Luna has already been through more than her share—coming from an abusive home where she didn’t receive the love and safety every cat deserves.

Thankfully, Luna is now safe in her foster home, where she’s slowly learning that people can be kind.

Her journey has been quiet but incredibly meaningful. At first, Luna kept to herself, finding comfort in a safe hiding spot. But little by little, she’s begun to open up. Recently, she allowed her foster mom to gently pick her up—and even more special, she climbed into her lap for the very first time, soaking in pets and purring with a loud, happy rumble. Moments like these show just how much love is waiting inside her.

Luna is a sweet and sensitive girl. She will come to you when you speak softly and offer a gentle hand, and she clearly wants connection—she just needs time to feel safe. She has never shown aggression toward people and prefers to quietly retreat rather than react. Because of her past, she can still be a bit jumpy with sudden movements, so a calm, predictable environment will help her continue to blossom.

She would do best in a quiet home with patient, understanding people who will let her set the pace. Luna could be happy as your one and only, or she may do well with a mellow, laid-back cat who will respect her space. Older, gentle children who understand how to move slowly and give her time would also be okay.

Luna doesn’t need much—just kindness, patience, and a safe place to land. In return, you’ll get to watch something truly special: a once-frightened cat learning to trust, love, and feel at home.

The adoption fee is $120.

Luna is around 1-2 years old. She is spayed and vaccinated. She is litter box trained.

We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.

When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?

All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.
