When Arthur was found in a Philadelphia backyard, his situation was dire: covered in fly eggs, critically malnourished, severely dehydrated, and too weak to stand, with blood sugar at a dangerous 37. He was rushed to ACCT Philly for emergency supportive care, and when one of our dedicated fosters saw him, we knew we had to pull him into our rescue.

Thanks to weeks of intensive veterinary treatment, proper nutrition, and extraordinary foster care, Arthur made an absolute full recovery.

The boy who once couldn't walk is now healthy, playful, deeply affectionate, and making up for lost time. He loves cuddles, thrives on attention, and is both cat-friendly and dog-friendly.

Arthur doesn’t need anyone to save his life anymore—he just needs a forever family to share it with. Fully vetted and ready for his happily ever after!
