At 2.5 years old, Hemingway is a magnificent big boy with an even bigger personality. He’s the ultimate chill loaf who takes relaxing very seriously, but don't let his laid-back vibe fool you - he has the absolute best, most infectious energy.

When it comes to affection, Hemi doesn’t just cuddle; he attaches. His absolute favorite hobby is wedging himself right underneath his foster mom’s bum like a devoted little barnacle. If you're sitting down, expect Hemi to find the coziest, closest possible spot against you and settle in for the long haul.

He shares his space well and can live harmoniously with other cats and older kids. He does have a playful quirk to keep in mind: when the vibes are just too good or playtime gets extra exciting, Hemi can get a little overstimulated and might give you a gentle, "toothy" reminder with a love nip. Because he’s still learning that human hands aren't toys, he’d do best in a home without tiny toddlers who might misunderstand his enthusiastic love language.
