Pixie - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Hamilton, Ontario

Update July 17th - Pixie, Gryphon & Phoenix are now at the Ruffins Pet Store, 1760 Upper James St in Hamilton. Go pay these cuties a visit.

July 15th 2026 - Pixie, Gryphon and Phoenix were born by emergency c section in May . Their mother, Athena, was rescued pregnant from outside and enjoying the good life leading up to their delivery. Unfortunately she ran into difficulties and had to be c sectioned. She never really recovered from the surgery and passed a week later leaving her 3 babies to be bottle raised. Fast forward 8 weeks and they are ready for adoption. Pixie has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received her 1st FVCRP vaccine and microchip. Her booster FVCRP vaccine then rabies is the responsibility of her new owner and must be completed prior to her spay by AVA at 4 - 5 months of age which is covered by her $275 adoption fee. Pixie is very social, loving, playful, not afraid of new adventures - She is very close to her humans as she was hand raised since birth. Pixie is the spitting of her mother so Athena lives on in her. She would love to find a home with one or both of her siblings as they love and cuddle with each other. if not she MUST go to a home with another young cat ( under 3 ) or kitten to keep her company. Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1/2 the work. It is recommended that she start out in a safe room with food, toys and litters until she adjusts to her new surroundings. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.
