Riley - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Meet Riley a brown, black, and tawny colored kitten who was found in a car engine. Her rescuers had no idea where she came from but we are glad she made her way safely to Second Chance.

Riley has not only beautiful markings, she has fur tipped ears which only add to how adorable she is. She is a playful kitten, enjoying her cloth mouse and chasing springs. Riley is also affectionate and will lay on her foster mom to receive pets and give her foster Mom nose kisses. Riley likes to touch her foster Mom's nose with her paw while purring. Riley can be a little skittish when first approached but easily warms up and engages. Riley has the right mix of kitten curiosity, spunkiness, and cuddliness.

We believe that kittens are happiest when they have another kitty to play with so Riley will need to be adopted with another playful cat here or already have a young playful cat at home. Riley really wants and needs a playmate.

For the safety of our kittens and for children, we do not adopt kittens under six months old to a home with children under the age of 6.

With an approved application, Riley can be visited in her foster home.

Riley has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Riley has an approximate birthdate of 04/14/2026. Her adoption fee is $120.
