About Chocolate:
With her beautiful seal-point coat and striking blue eyes, 2-year-old Chocolate is a true classic beauty. While she may start out as a quiet observer, underneath her timid exterior is a gentle, sweet soul just waiting for the right person to earn her trust.

Chocolate is a very shy girl who finds new environments and loud noises a bit overwhelming. She isn't a cat who will jump into your lap on day one-instead, she prefers to take things slow, watching from a cozy safe spot until she feels secure. Once she realizes she is safe, her gentle personality begins to shine in quiet, subtle ways.

What Chocolate Needs in Her Forever Home:

A Quiet, Low-Stress Environment: A peaceful home without young children or high-energy pets will help her feel safe enough to come out of her shell.

A Patient & Understanding Adopter: She needs an owner who understands feline body language, won't rush her progress, and is happy to celebrate the small victories-like the first time she accepts a treat from your hand or comes over for a soft head scratch.

A "Safe Haven" Room: When first arriving home, Chocolate will do best starting out in a small, quiet room (like a spare bedroom) where she can decompress at her own pace before exploring the rest of the house.

Chocolate is spayed, up-to-date on her FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, and she is FIV and FeLV negative.

Chocolate is currently staying onsite at our Heartland Facility! Stop by during our open hours on Thursday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday Noon-6pm or Sunday Noon-6pm to meet her! No appointment necessary.
