Kiyo is a stunning 1-year-old Snowshoe Siamese mix with a gentle personality to match her beautiful looks. This sweet spayed girl is calm, affectionate, and enjoys getting attention from the people around her.

Kiyo was very tolerant of being held and handled, showing just how patient and easygoing she can be. She has a quiet, loving nature and seems happiest when she’s able to spend time with her people instead of being confined alone. In her previous home, she did not enjoy being kept in a single room for long periods and would scratch at the carpet while trying to get out, so she would likely do best in a home where she has space to comfortably explore and be part of the family.

She previously lived with another cat named Cookie and may enjoy being reunited or living with another feline companion again. With her calm demeanor, affectionate personality, and striking appearance, Kiyo is sure to win hearts wherever she goes.

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to an adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
