Meet Aston

Aston is back at Second Cup Cat Cafe and looking for a fresh start-and at just 3 months old, this handsome seal point Siamese kitten has a whole lot of life, love, and kitten mischief ahead of him.

Aston was recently adopted, but sometimes a home simply isn't the right match. He has returned to Melissa's Second Chances through no fault of his own and is ready to find the family where he truly belongs.

And Aston already has quite a bit of home experience for such a little guy!

He's playful, outgoing, and does well meeting new people. He enjoys attention and has the curious, energetic personality you'd expect from a young kitten who has a whole world left to explore.

Aston also does well with other cats, making him a great candidate for a home with a friendly feline companion. At his age, having another playful cat around could provide plenty of opportunities for wrestling, chasing, and all the other important business on a kitten's daily schedule.

He has also done well with children.

Dogs are a little different. Aston is timid around them, and his recent experience living with a dog wasn't a successful match. That doesn't necessarily tell us how Aston would respond to every dog, but any future canine roommate would need to be calm and respectful of cats, with slow, careful introductions and plenty of safe space for Aston. A dog-free home would also be perfectly fine.

Aston's brief adoption also gave us some additional insight into the kitten behind those beautiful blue eyes: he's a playful, outgoing little guy who likes people, does well with children, and enjoys feline friends.

His first match didn't turn out to be his forever match.

That just means Aston's person is still out there.
