Meet Volt!

Volt is a 1-year-old, 29-pound mixed breed sweetheart with some pretty spectacular ears! We don't know his exact breed mix, but he and his brothers are definitely giving us some Doberman vibes.

Volt, Tesla, and Edison were found abandoned along a gravel road in rural Kansas. A kind person stepped in to save them, eventually bringing these boys to us for the final step in their journey: finding forever homes.

Volt appears to be the most chill of the trio. He's a curious little explorer who enjoys checking out his surroundings, especially when snacks are involved! During a mini adventure around Kansas City, Volt showed us that he is happy to explore and experience new things. He's a BIG fan of treats and will patiently wait for one with the cutest little smile and a perfect sit.

So far, we know Volt is dog friendly, loves people, and is a smart young guy. At just 1 year old, he has so much life ahead of him and is ready for someone to show him just how good life as a loved family dog can be.

Because Volt is brand new to our rescue, we're still learning the finer details about house training, cats, kids, and his individual needs.

He does not need to be adopted with his brothers and would likely do best getting the opportunity to shine in a home of his very own.
