You've heard things about orange cats. Curry would like to confirm every last one of them. 🧡
Yes, he will follow his person room to room. Yes, he will talk the entire time. Yes, he has exactly one thought at any given moment and that thought is usually about you. Orange tabbies have built a reputation as the friendliest, goofiest, most shamelessly people-obsessed cats in the business, and Curry has clearly read the material and taken it as a personal challenge.
Here's the thing though. He started out shy, and he still likes a little time with someone new before he commits. Give him that, earn it, and what you get is total devotion. This is a cat who picks his people and then belongs to them completely. The second his door opens now, he comes trotting straight over to the humans he's grown to trust, tail up, already talking. 🗣️
And he can talk. He's got the full catalog: meows, chirps, coos, little conversational trills, and a purr that runs at full volume with no dimmer switch. Give him a scratch along his back and up goes the elevator butt, no hesitation, one hundred percent of the time. He leans into pets, rolls over for belly rubs, offers up his neck, and gives affection back just as hard as he gets it. Once you're his, he's a lap cat who'd honestly rather be a chest cat, tucked up under your chin where the purring is loudest.
Curry's the larger of the two brothers, with a broader face, bold tabby striping across his forehead, and just a modest touch of white on his muzzle. That's how you tell him from Chutney at a glance. 🧡
He plays like any young cat, chasing and pouncing and wrestling his brother, but he's noticeably more chill than most boys his age. He'd rather be near his people than tearing the house apart, and when playtime's over he's back in a lap like he never left. He's a churu devotee, gentle as anything, and he's been wonderful with every kid, cat, and person he's met.
His manners are impeccable. Litter box, flawless. Fully up to date on all his vaccines and routine care. ✅
He adores his brother Chutney, and adopting the two of them together would be a lovely thing, though it isn't a requirement. They've got a sister named Cactus Rose he's very fond of too, and she'll be looking for a home soon.
Come meet Curry. Give him a little time, and he'll spend the rest of his life on your chest telling you about his day. 🧡For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/
