Allegedly is a kitten that's as quirky as her name! We were told (allegedly) that she was in someone's car and panicked when they grabbed her, thus beginning her rivalry with freaky human hands. It seemed evident that Allegedly had not been handled much, as she finds the petting idea baffling overall. She has a strong preference for playtime and isn't quite sure about that lovey dovey stuff, but she's been slowly coming around to the idea. Allegedly is a kitten who will need a very patient and understanding family that either doesn't mind if she remains more independent and playful, or is willing to work with her on handling skills. She enjoys tearing it up with toys and window watching most in the shelter life.

Due to her backstory, we don't know how Allegedly feels about living with cats, dogs, or small children. It is possible that she would be better suited as a cat for your cat rather than a cat for your kids, but this remains to be proven. We recommend a slow introduction to household pets following a period of decompression to set everyone up for success.
