Carrie - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in York, Pennsylvania

Likely to make you squeal at how cute she is, this black ball of fluff is Carrie! Or maybe, you might be seeing her sibling instead...? Carrie and her sister Sidney Prescott were reportedly dropped off on a farm property in Mount Joy. Both girls have clearly been socialized by humans before, as they were unsure but polite little house guests upon entering the shelter. Carrie is a little bolder, but both girls enjoy playing and adventuring around the cattery!

Due to her backstory, we don't know how Carrie feels about living with cats, dogs, or small children. With all cats, we recommend slow, well-managed introductions following a separated adjustment period to allow your new cat to gain some confidence and set everyone up for success. Kittens are often like little sponges driven by curiosity, which makes them more open to new experiences and family members. We would encourage families of all kinds to give Carrie a try if they are interested in seeing if she is a match.
