Pearl - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in West Jefferson, Ohio

This adorable young torbie (that's a beautiful mix of tabby and tortoiseshell coloring) was found as a stray kitty and then taken to the vet to be spayed and then re-released to her colony. Once her spay surgery was completed, the staff decided that this gorgeous gal deserves the pampered indoor life, and not the difficult outdoor life.

Pearl has an estimated birthdate of 2/18/26, so she's just a few months old. Pearl is as sweet as they come too! She absolutely loves people and wants nothing more than to be by their side. Unfortunately, shelter cage life is really cramping her style. This affectionate girl is ready to stretch her legs, soak up attention, and enjoy all the cuddles she can get. She greets visitors with enthusiasm and would much rather be spending time with humans than sitting behind cage bars.

When she's not busy seeking affection, Pearl enjoys playtime! Crinkle balls, feather toys, and fuzzy toy mice are some of her favorite treasures. She's also a big fan of canned food and will happily show her appreciation at mealtime.

We have no doubt that this little darling would love nothing more than to have her very own cat tree in her forever home as well. We can picture her lounging in the top perch, looking out at the birds and then taking a nice long nap in the sunshine. Truly the stuff that kitties dreams are made of!

This terrific torbie seems to get along well with other cats and has the kind of easygoing personality that could make her a great candidate for a home with a cat-friendly dog as well. Whether she's your one-and-only feline companion or part of a larger furry family, Pearl is sure to fit right in. Just remember that slow and proper introductions are a MUST when introducing furry family members to one another. We can give you lots of pointers on how to do it just right.

Would you like to meet this lovely lady? Complete an application today! Once approved, we'll contact you to schedule a meet-and-greet with Pearl. She can't wait to find the happily-ever-after she deserves.
