Salem is a gorgeous young black cat with striking golden eyes and a sleek, silky coat. She was rescued after being found living on the streets, where she was struggling to survive. Despite everything she's been through, Salem still loves people and is ready to leave her past behind for a safe, loving forever home.

Salem is affectionate, curious, and enjoys spending time with her humans. However, she has made it very clear that she wants to be the only pet in the home. She does not get along with other cats and would be happiest as the queen of her castle, soaking up all the love and attention for herself.

Salem is fully vetted, healthy, and ready for adoption. She is currently being fostered in the Bronx, NY, but transport can be arranged for the right family.
