DESCRIPTION
Meet Matilda Mesha!
Matilda Mesha came to Vermont with her two siblings from a partner shelter in Louisiana. After spending some time in foster, she and her siblings are now ready to meet their new families. These southern friends are social, affectionate and curious and can't wait to meet you.
All three will spend their time playing with cat wands, toys and using their scratching posts. In foster, Jack is the most curious and rambunctious and has a big purr. Annie is the perfect mix of cuddly and playful and loves her brother Jack. If you're looking for a pair of kittens, Annie and Jack would love to be adopted together! Matilda is a little nervous but with a little time and patience is just as sweet as the others and she LOVES TO carry around her favorite toys and find a cozy corner for a nap (when she's not on your lap). They all love to play wrestle with each other and the LOVE wet food.
Please plan on having time and energy to provide a kitten with a lot of opportunities for playtime, enriching activities, respectful handling and social interactions - supporting her in becoming a well adjusted adult cat. Kittens have a lot of social needs, so consider bringing her into a family as a playmate for your current cat, adopting her with a sibling, or even consider bringing another kitten or cat home in the future!
As kittens learn to navigate life in a new home, they will thrive with a little patience and guidance, especially when it comes to interacting with new pets and children.
Cats: These kittens have previously had experience living with other cats and may do well with cats in an adoptive home.
Dogs: These kittens have had brief exposure to dogs in a foster home, and may do okay with a gradual introduction to respectful dogs in an adoptive home.
Children: These kittens have previously lived with children and may do well with children in an adoptive home
