Tigger Roo - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Tigger Roo ACCT-A-254200 came to ACCT on 6/29 as an owner surrender when his owner was unfortunately evicted from their home. Tigger is a sweet guy who can sometimes get overstimulated when being pet, but he communicates quite clearly and gently when he's not feeling it. He has been at ACCT for almost two months now, and would love to find his forever home!
