Pepper Poppins is practically perfect in every way!

Pepper Poppins is the biggest sweetheart! He absolutely loves pets and especially head bonks. His family left him behind after they moved out and a neighbor was able to rescue him. He was obviously loved as he's friendly and healthy and his coat is silky soft. He would love to go to a home with a new family soon! He truly is a perfect cat, mostly chill and very loving.

This cat is currently located at PetSmart at 1415 Washington Avenue (at Broad Street), Philadelphia. In order to meet with any cats at our PetSmart location, you will need to have a fully processed and approved application first, after which you will then be able to schedule an adoption appointment to meet and hopefully take home your new kitty!
