Come and gawk at Gerald! Trust us, we aren't judging...unless you don't gawk, in which case we'll need an explanation!

Gerald came to us recently after he was brought into the city shelter with an injury and some wounds to his neck. He's healed up now, and continuing the rest of his glow-up as well, so he would prefer to complete that character arc at home with you! Gerald is a super affectionate and cuddly young lad who thrives on attention and being around his people, which is great since his recent injuries and wounds mean he should be the only pet in his home for a little bit. Gerald has gone through a lot of recent changes as well, so he's a tad shy but warms up quickly, so just grant him the courtesy of some quiet time once he's home and you'll reap the rewards soon enough. And while Gerald won't be able to partake in friendship with any furry creatures, he does great with children and wouldn't mind a home with some smaller human siblings!

This cat is currently located at PAWS Old City Adoption Center located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. This location prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can also accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows.
