Eclipse - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Eclipse is a sweet, curious little black kitten who is still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. Of his litter of four, Eclipse is definitely the most nervous and will need a special adopter who understands that trust takes time.

He can be very shy and easily overwhelmed by people and but loves other cats, and underneath that nervousness is a curious little kitten who wants to learn and explore. With patience, consistency, and plenty of gentle encouragement, Eclipse has the potential to blossom into a wonderful little companion. He loves playing with wand toys and that's truly the key to his sweet and sensitive heart!

Because Eclipse gains confidence from other cats, he would do best going home with one of his siblings or to a home with a friendly, confident cat who can help show him the ropes. He will need an adopter willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable rather than expecting him to become a lap kitten overnight.

If you're looking for a kitten who needs a little extra patience and are willing to let him come out of his shell at his own pace, Eclipse could be the perfect little shadow to add to your family. His sweet little nervous eyes certainty pull at your heart strings!
