He may see the world a little differently, but Phil doesn't let that slow him down.

Phil is an extremely sweet kitten who unfortunately came to us with a severe eye infection, which resulted in the removal of one eye and only light-perception vision in the other. But you'd never know it by watching him! Phil is incredibly resilient and navigates the house remarkably well, especially with the help of his sister Lil, who is always close by to help guide him.

He loves to play with Lil, explore the house, and climb cat trees and furniture. Occasionally, he needs a little help figuring out how to get back down. His foster has taught him by gently tapping so he can hear where a safe landing might up be. He's adapted beautifully and is truly amazing to watch.

Phil is also incredibly affectionate. If you sit down, chances are he'll come find you for a snuggle! He loves napping in the sunshine, curling up in fleece blankets, and snoozing in small fleece dog beds.
One of his cutest quirks is that he's attracted to light, so if you're scrolling on your phone a little too late at night, don't be surprised if Phil comes straight over to investigate.
