Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption in Moscow, Idaho

Meet Diana Wynne Jones! Diana is between 8-9 years old. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.

Diana is an older lady. She enjoys her alone time, and accepts visitors at her leisure. She allows you to pet her on her own terms. She has a limit and will certainly let you know when she'd rather be alone. When she's in a good mood, she will rub up on you and demand attention. Diana can be very sweet when she wants to be! She has taken over her own room at the shelter, where she can pick and choose her visitors. Because of how selective she can be, we do not think she would be suited to home with young children who may not understand when she's had enough.

Diana came to HSoP after her previous owner moved out of the country. She is now looking for a home to retire in. Diana did live with another cat in her previous home, but when we attempted to put them together in the shelter, she made it clear she preferred to be alone. Because of this reaction, we aren't sure how she would do with another cat in the home. She has not lived with a dog before. HSoP offers a seven-day foster period with every adoption to ensure it's a good fit for everyone!

If you would like to meet Diana Wynne Jones, feel free to stop by any time we're open! Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 2pm-6pm. Dog kennels close at 5pm and adoptions end at 5:30pm.
