Claude - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Monticello, Iowa

Claude is a 3-year-old gentleman who truly lives up to his name. Polite, sweet, and a little reserved at first, he takes his time getting comfortable with new people and new surroundings, but once he trusts you, his friendly and affectionate nature shines through.

This proper gentleman especially enjoys gentle ear scratches and will happily lean into the attention once he's feeling safe and relaxed. He also loves playing with balls that have bells inside, showing off his playful side in short, joyful bursts.

Claude can be a bit timid and nervous when faced with new things, but he is never unkind, just thoughtful about his space and comfort. He can also be quite vocal at times, politely letting you know when he has something to say.

With patience, reassurance, and a calm home, Claude will blossom into a devoted and loving companion who brings both charm and quiet joy to his forever family.
