Diesel is an 8-month-old grey tabby with a BIG personality and an even bigger voice! This energetic boy is always ready for his next adventure — whether that’s chasing toys around the house, exploring the great outdoors, or demanding your attention with his signature loud meows. If Diesel wants love, playtime, or snacks, you’ll definitely hear about it!

Diesel is incredibly affectionate with his people and loves being involved in whatever you’re doing. He thrives on attention and companionship and would do best with someone who appreciates a chatty, outgoing cat with lots of energy to burn.

One thing Diesel knows for sure: he wants to be your one and only pet. He prefers not to share his space with other animals and would be happiest as the center of attention in his home. He also absolutely loves being outside and would thrive as an indoor/outdoor cat or in a home where he can safely explore outdoors.

If you’re looking for a playful, loving, talkative companion who will keep life entertaining and make sure you never feel alone, Diesel may be your perfect match!

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to an adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
