Milo is a sweet, laid back orange tabby with a heart of gold. Though he might be a little quiet at first in new surroundings, once he warms up to you, he becomes your absolute best friend for life. He has a calm, gentle nature that makes him a joy to be around, whether he's lounging nearby or looking for a cozy purr session.
Milo had a tough start before coming into foster care. He was found dumped in a busy warehouse district at just 2 1/2 months old, desperately searching for food while older stray cats wouldn’t let him eat. He also has a broken ear tip not from a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program. We don’t know what he had to go through so tiny and alone on the streets.

Since being rescued, Milo’s absolute favorite companion has been his best friend in foster care, Blackie. These two have formed an inseparable bond, spending their days chasing toys, playing together, and winding down with sweet, cuddle sessions.

Milo is looking for a loving forever family who will appreciate a sweet, easy-going companion. If you have room in your heart and home to adopt Blackie alongside him so these two best friends can stay together, it would truly make Milo’s day!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our adoptable pets come from various rescue situations in South Florida, where overpopulation is a challenge and the dump rate for animals is high. They live with foster families, so they're already comfortable in a home environment. We arrange transport only after adoption to avoid the stress of the shelter system environment. You can meet them via video call FaceTime or WhatsApp with their foster. The adoption fee includes transport, spay/neuter, all required vaccinations up to date , Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, flea and parasite treatment. All adopted cats and kittens will go to a vet health exam prior to transport and will come with a veterinarian's health certificate for travel. They will be delivered to a pickup location near you by professional transporters who will tend to them throughout their journey up North. We will provide updates on their journey and arrival time to your area.
