George’s Story-

George is a 3-year-old Russian Blue mix kitty who was rescued from the streets of Downtown Miami, where he was suffering from a severe mosquito allergy that made life outdoors extremely uncomfortable for him. A kind feeder befriended George, quickly discovered just how sweet he was, and realized he needed help. He reached out so George could be trapped and taken to the vet.
Within just a few days of getting proper care and being safely indoors, George’s allergies cleared up and his skin returned to normal.

George has since shown what a wonderful cat he really is. He loves being held, enjoys playing with other cats, and purrs around just about any person. He likes toys, but more than anything, he enjoys simply being near his people.

George has a very calm, easygoing personality. He seems like the kind of cat who will happily curl up beside you for a long night of binge-watching and soak up all the affection you are willing to give him.

Because George is so comfortable with people, it is possible he had a home at some point before ending up on the streets. Whatever happened in his past, he has not lost his trust in people or his desire to be loved.

George is ready for a safe indoor home where he can finally relax, thrive, and receive the care and affection he deserves.
